About VintaSoftAnnotation.NET Plug-in
VintaSoftAnnotation.NET is a developer tool that allows to annotate TIFF, JPEG and PDF files: create, view, proces, delete, save or load from XML, TIFF, JPEG or PDF file, merge annotations with image, calculate length and angle in the image. Supported annotation types: line, line, freehand, ruler, ruler, angle, rectangle, link, ellipse, circle, image, text, free text, rubber stamp. It allows create a custom annotations. Individual annotation features: moving, resizing, rotating, mirroring, change the background color of annotation, set transparency, add or remove border to annotation, edit text of text or rubber stamp annotation, change text parameters of text or rubber stamp annotation.

Added Annotations Tool Strip control. Optimized work of annotated thumbnail viewer algorithm, speed increased. Added color blending in Highlight annotation. Allowed creation of annotation without rotation possibility showing annotation tool tip.System requirements:
